29 CFR 1910.176(b):  Material stored in tiers was not stacked, blocked, interlocked, or limited in height so that it was stable and secure against sliding or collapse:  a/  Inside of the Main (inventory) Warehouse, five, cardboard boxes were stored in tiers.  The stack was extremely tilted towards one side indicating possible collapse.  These stored boxes were approximately 15 feet above the aisle way.
