29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At the job site 3rd floor platform, on or about July 08, 2016, an employee who was performing framing work on a new three-story residence was exposed to fall hazards up to approximately 33 feet onto earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected. b) At the job site 2nd floor platform, on or about July 08, 2016, an employee who was performing framing work from the 2nd floor balcony was exposed to fall hazards up to 22 feet onto earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected. c) At the job site 2nd floor platform, on or about July 08, 2016, an employee who was performing framing work from a 2X12 wooden platform on the 2nd floor balcony was exposed to fall hazards up to 28 feet onto earthen ground because the workers were not fall protected. d) At the job site balcony roof, on or about July 08, 2016, an employee who was working from the roof installing roof decking without any means of fall protection was exposed up to a 43-foot fall hazard.
