29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Employee(s) on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8m) or more above a lower level were not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  Rooftop Terrace, Bangor Public Library - The warning line system, 25 feet above the ground, was erected approximately one foot from the roof edge, and workers were not provided with guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
