29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) Location - On or about July 18, 2016, an employee was not protected from an overhead hazard while removing a double hung window from the first floor of a residential home, the window had fallen onto the employee while the window was being removed.
