29 CFR 1926.1101(f)(2)(i): The employer with a work operation covered by the asbestos standard did not ensure that a "competent person" conducted an exposure assessment immediately before or at the initiation of the operation to ascertain expected exposures during that operation or workplace:    a) 861 Sloan Ave Hamilton Twp NJ 08690: The employer did not ensure that a competent person conducted an exposure assessment at the initiation of the operation to determine the expected exposure level of asbestos fibers for the asbestos abatement tasks conducted on site, such as, but not limited to, removal of pipe insulation, roofing materials, wiring insulation, window gauze, mastic and base cove molding, on or about 7/20/16.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
