29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.    a) 2958 Perkins Rd., Baton Rouge, LA; On or about July 20, 2016, the employer allowed an employee to install an awning on a store front at heights greater than six (6) feet above the ground while not wearing fall protection and/or having the edge protected by a guardrail system.
