29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:    a) 146 Demarest Avenue, Avenel, NJ 07001. The employer allowed his employees to traverse the stairway from the first to the second floor when there was no handrail and stairrail installed along the unprotected side or edge of the stairway exposing the employees to fall hazards.    Occurred on or about 07/15/16.
