29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  a) Woodards General Construction / 2304 Cherry Street, Erie, PA: On or about July 26, 2016, employees were re-shingling a roof with a ground to eave height of approximately 14 feet from ground level and a 6:12 pitch.  Employees were not utilizing any type of fall protection systems.
