29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iv): The safety monitor shall be close enough to communicate orally with the employee; and    a.  On or about August 2, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee at the edge of a building in the material handeling/chute area was not protected from falling more than thirty-two feet (32') feet to the ground below, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards.     b.  On or about August 2, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee working past the warning lines was not protected from falling more than thirty-two feet (32') feet to the ground below, thereby exposing the employee fall hazards.
