29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b).  (a) Dowd Restoration at 929 Pearl St, Denver, CO 80204: On and before August 2nd, 2016, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was protected from falling.  Two employees engaged in sanding and prep work were working at a height of approximately 18 feet on a flat roof, were not wearing fall protection nor were there guardrails or safety net systems in place.  These conditions exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 18 feet.
