29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s)    a) Letter Department: The Stanley Bostitch Wire Stitcher machine, Model Number S25-5AW Serial Number 22458, was not effectively guarded to prevent employees fingers from entering the point of operation when stitching 7-18 inch letters.    On or about 7/8/16.    b) Letter Department: The Stanley Bostitch Wire Stitcher machine, Model Number S25-5AW Serial Number 11761, was not effectively guarded to prevent employees fingers from entering the point of operation when stitching 7-18 inch letters.   On or about 7/15/16.       NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
