29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    (a) On or about August 1, 2016 for employees exposed to fall hazards of approximately ten feet while re-roofing a residence located at 1012 Canada Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.     Note:  This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 896025, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 2, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 819 Canada Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.
