29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    a) On or about 8/2/16 at a construction project located at 3186 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, New York; employees were framing and sheathing a new Starbuck's location. While sheathing the canopy, an employee standing on the canopy was not protected from falling approximately 15 feet.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 meters) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:    a) On or about 8/2/16 at a construction project located at 3186 Sheridan Drive, Amherst, New York; employees were framing and sheathing a new Starbuck's location. Employees were using a field built platform supported by the forks of an all-terrain fork lift approximately 12 feet. There were no fall protection measures in place.    NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
