29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). If such hazards are present, or likely to be present, the employer shall:  a) 600 Meadowlands Parkway Unit# 15 Secaucus, NJ  The employer failed to perform a jobsite assessment to determining what PPE was needed to protect the employees who were engaged HVAC System repair activities from the walk/working surface at heights of 16 feet or more.
