29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501.    At the worksite - On or about August 4, 2016, employees were manually removing dried mortar from the roof without a fall protection system in place, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet onto earthen ground.

At the worksite - On or about and times prior to August 4, 2016, the employer did not develop and implement a written hazard communication for employees that used hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Argos Masonry Cement, thus exposing employees to chemical hazards.    Guadalupe Hernandez Morales was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975621, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on July 3, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 100 Southern Oaks Lane, Saint Simmons Island, GA 31522.
