29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms when they were not specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use:       a) Building Exterior: Two employees were exposed to a fall hazard while using plywood as a platform that was elevated on the forks of a Caterpillar Lull approximately 18 feet above the ground, on or about 8/09/2016.     b) Building Exterior: An employee was exposed to a fall hazard while using plywood as a platform that was elevated on the forks of a Caterpillar Lull approximately 18 feet above the ground, on or about 8/10/2016.
