29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     a) Second level:  Workers were exposed to a fall hazard over 10 feet from deck level to ground while framing a residential house, without the use of a fall protection system.     b) Second level:  There were two window openings with fall hazards overs 10 feet that were not adequately guarded.     c) Ground level:  There was a window opening with a fall hazard over 7 feet into basement space that was not adequately guarded.     d) Garage: There was a floor opening with a fall hazard over 7 feet that was not guarded with a standard guardrails or a cover.
