29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):    a)  On or about August 11, 2016, Koehn Construction. Inc., as the controlling employer, did not conduct frequent and regular inspections of the job-site so as to ensure subcontracted employees were protected from hazards such as, but not limited to fall hazards.         Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
