29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  At the job site, 3141 N. Webb Road, Wichita, Kansas, employees engaged in roofing work on a 6 in 12 pitch roof slope were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet from the eave to the ground in that fall protection was not used.
