29 CFR 1910.106(h)(7)(i)(a):  Precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors.  Sources of ignition include but are not limited to open flames; lightning; smoking; cutting and welding; hot surfaces; frictional heat; static, electrical, and mechanical sparks; spontaneous ignition, including heat-producing chemical reactions; and radiant heat.       Compressed Natural Gas Station: Employees were conducting preventive maintenance including compression checks on cylinders when the gas flashed exposing them to fire hazards.

29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): Basic Requirement. Within twenty-four (24) hours after the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, you must report the in-patient hospitalization, amputation, or loss of an eye to OSHA.   Compressed Natural Gas Station: Employer did not report hospitalization to OSHA within the required 24 hours of the incident.  Date of accident was: 07-14-2016.   Date reported to OSHA was: 7-22-2016.
