29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest system.    (a) location; 321 South Broadway Street, Lawrence, MA 01840.  On or about August 11, 2016, employees were walking/walking on roofs at heights greater than 10 feet to over 25 feet above lower level and were not protected from falling.
