29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):       Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.      (a) On or about August 16, 2016 at worksite 9595 N McGee, Kansas City, Missouri.-employees were exposed to a fall hazard when performing roofing activities at an elevation of approximately 22 feet , without an approved form of fall protection, to include, guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.       Abatement Note: Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):     The employer did not ensure that each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached) where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening was less than 39 inches (1.0 m) above the walking/working surface, were not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.      (a) On or about August 16, 2016 at worksite 9595 N McGee, Kansas City, Missouri.- employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working next to windows and floor holes, where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface.      Abatement certification for this violation is not required.
