OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees exposed to struck-by and crush-by hazards while loading a vibratory roller compactor:    Location: 225 Water Row, Sudbury, MA    On or about 8/17/16, the employer did not ensure that the tractor and trailer was on a level surface, that the ramp surface provided adequate traction, and that rollover protection was provided on the LeeBoy vibratory compactor roller, model 400, exposing the employee that operated and attempted to load the compactor roller to a rollover hazard.
