29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(iv): Front-end loaders and similar pieces of equipment were used to support scaffold platforms without being specifically designed by the manufacturer for such use: a) At the back of the building, on or about August 19, 2016, two employees were elevated and working from an unapproved wooden debris disposal container as a work platform that was supported by a LULL JLG high reach forklift 644E-42, #697053, which exposed employees to fall hazards up to 42 feet.
