29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a) Highpointe at Vinings(2453 Ellard Terrance - Roof Top): - The employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 21 feet while employees were applying caulking from the roof top without providing fall protection.   D&L Painting, was previously cited for serious violations for OSHA standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which were contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1082275, Citation 1 Item 1 issued on 9/1/2015 for inspection site 3417 Briarstone Circle, Smyrna, GA 30080 and became a final order on 9/25/2015.
