29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not train each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize fall hazards and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  On or about August 17, 2016, An employee was not trained on the requirements to wear fall protection while on roofs to prevent injuries from falls.  Abatement certification is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(c).
