29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer did not provide retraining as necessary so that each employee exposed to fall hazards maintained the understanding and knowledge acquired through initial training:  Grand Ronde Police Station Project-   (a) Four employees, including the owner and foreman, failed to understand the warning placards and limitations of 8 foot metal step ladders. The lack of knowledge and proper ladder usage, while setting string lines for framing work, resulted in exposure to falls.
