29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut:  On or about August 24th, 2016, at the jobsite located at 3781 NW 46th St, Miami, FL, 33142, employees were exposed to cuts and lacerations while working with a SI300 Nova table saw without a guarding.

On or about August 24th, 2016, at the jobsite located at 3781 NW 46th St, Miami, FL, 33142, the employer did not ensure that power cords were used in an orderly manner, exposing employees to a tripping hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:  On or about August 24th, 2016, at the jobsite located at 3781 NW 46th St, Miami, FL, 33142, the employer did not provide an effective training for employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals such as, but not limited to Titebond Ultimate Wood Glue (Butoxyethoxy Ethanol), neither the information according with the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals with pictograms or representations as a part of the new SDS and label format.
