29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a)  At 7730 Airport Blvd. Mobile, Alabama:  On or about August 29, 2016 and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure an employee working from an elevated aerial lift basket was wearing a harness and tied off exposing him to a fall hazard of 11 feet 7 inches to the pavement below.
