Stairs or a ramp must be provided where the exit route is not substantially level. Location: In the Old Lobby Area (Training Pen); a) Exit route used by employees was blocked by chairs and equipment; on or about 8/29/16. Location Kennel Room: b) Exit route used by employees was obstructed by dog crates, so that the exit width was only one foot wide, or about 8/29/16.
