29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE):    Kitchen, Worcester Health Center, 25 Oriole Drive, Worcester, Massachusetts; On or before August 30, 2016, the employer did not perform a hazard assessment for kitchen equipment, including but not limited to the steam oven, steam kettles, stove, and warming oven, to determine if hazards were present that would necessitate the use of personal protective equipment.
