Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to physical struck-by hazards  and fall hazards from a rented Bobcat skid-steer, Model T590 that was operating and had an elevated bucket raised to approximately 7 feet with an employee operating a Stihl concrete power saw while standing in elevated bucket.       a)        Joe Hudson Collision Center construction site located at 900 Lakeside Drive, Mobile, AL:  On or about August 30th, 2016, and prior to, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards and fall hazards from a Bobcat skid steer, Model T590 operating with an employee performing work tasks in the bucket that was elevated 7 feet high.
