29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:    (a)  Rock Construction, LLC at 2398 Cedarwood Circle, Lafayette, CO 80026:  On and before August 31, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees performing roofing work on a two-story single family home with a 6 on 12 pitch were using fall protection.  Condition exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
