29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):    a)  On August 31, 2016, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to falls of approximately 20.7 feet to the ground while installing plywood sheeting to the roof of the house.    b)  On August 31, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to falls of approximately 10.1 feet from an unprotected landing on the second story of the house.      c)  On August 31, employees performing carpentry work were exposed to falls of approximately 10.8 feet from an exposed floor opening on the first floor leading to the basement below.
