29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The  point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded:  Instances:  1) On or about September 2, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of working with a Jet drill press (model JDP 20MF, SN:12083954) that was not guarded at the point of operation.  2) On or about September 2, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of working with a Jet drill press (model JDP 20MF, SN:11011955) that was not guarded at the point of operation.  3) On or about September 2, 2016 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were exposed to the hazard of working with a Jet drill press (model JDP 20MF, SN:14036150) that was not guarded at the point of operation.
