29 CFR 1926.152(i)(6): In locations where flammable vapors could have been present, precautions were not taken to prevent ignition by eliminating or controlling sources of ignition:   (a)    On or about 09/07/16, at the Lolypop Farms located on 99 victor Road in Fairport, New York, a 5 gallon gasoline container was placed in close proximity (4 feet) to a running air compressor (ignition source).  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
