29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours:    On or about 9/7/2016, the employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization within 24 hours, which resulted from an employee sustaining a head injury while pulling electrical wires from an A-frame ladder thus falling from the ladder and striking his head on the concrete floor.
