29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  JOB SITE:  4038 N. Grand Boulevard, Saint Louis, MO 63107, on or about 9/6/2016, in the right rear of the store, the exit route door was locked with a chain and pad lock.  The exit door was locked to prevent a burglary.  Dollar General #4800 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1012465, citation number 1, item number 1, issued on 3/20/2015 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/7/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 203 Wedowee Street, Bowdon, GA 30108 .  Dollar General #9393 was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.36(d)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 317692705, citation number 1, item number 1a, issued on 5/15/2014 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/9/2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1435 Bainbridge Blvd., Chesapeake, VA 23324.
