29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level:                                                                                                                                           On or about August 30, 2016 at a new building construction site, employees were observed working on a scaffold that did not have guardrails around all open ends, exposing the employees to the hazards of falls.                 Thomas L. Hermon Masonry was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1090008, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on November 9, 2015, with a final abatement date of October 19, 2015, with respect to a workplace hazard at 11315 East 11th Street, Tulsa, OK 74128.
