29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). a) Main Roof Surface, Residence, 1129 Berwick Street, Beaver Meadows, PA - Employees on the steep sloped main roof of a residence engaged in replacement shingling activities were not protected from falling and were exposed to a fall hazard between eighteen-foot, eight-inches (18'8") and twenty eight-foot, eight-inches (28'8") above ground level, as observed on or about September 9, 2016. b) Addition Roof Surface, Residence, 1129 Berwick Street, Beaver Meadows, PA - Employees on the low sloped roof of a residence addition engaged in replacement shingling activities were not protected from falling and were exposed to a fall hazard between eleven-foot, six-inches (10'8") and eleven-foot, six-inches (11'6") above ground level, as observed on or about September 9, 2016. c) Front Porch Roof Surface, Residence, 1129 Berwick Street, Beaver Meadows, PA - Employees on the low sloped roof of a residence addition engaged in clearing roofing debris were not protected from falling and were exposed to a fall hazard of eleven-foot, six-inches (11'6") above ground level, as observed on or about September 9, 2016.
