29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Except as provided in paragraphs (b)(2)(i) and (b)(2)(ii) of this section, each scaffold platform and/or walkway was not at least 18 inches (46 cm) wide:  a)  At 555 Berkley Drive, Auburn Alabama:  On or about September 9, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities from a 2 inch x 8 inch walk board exposing him to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet to the floor below.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 555 Berkley Drive, Auburn Alabama:  On or about September 9, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk the top plate of the framed walls without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 19.6 feet the ground below.
