Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer did not furnish to each of his employees a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by electrically powered hand tool hazards:      a) This violation occurred on September 13, 2016 at a commercial construction site located at 12300 Frisco Street, Frisco, Texas where employees were using a large electrically powered angle grinder with a circular saw blade attached to it in order to remove excess wooden material in a window frame concrete form and were exposed to struck-by hazards due to tool kick back.
