OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees where tank did not rest on a foundation to minimize the possibility of uneven settling of the fuel tank and minimize corrosion in any part of the tank resting on the foundation exposing employees to flammable spill hazards:    a)  On or about 09/13/16, by the hot water heater, the propane fuel tank used for hot water heater did not rest on a secure foundation made of concrete, masonry, or protected steel to minimize the possibility of uneven settling of the fuel tank and minimize corrosion in any part of the tank resting on the foundation exposing employees to accidental spills.     ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
