29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and a lanyard attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a) At 4255 Carmichael Court Ln., Montgomery, Alabama: On or about September 14, 2016 and at times prior the employer failed to ensure employees working from a truck mounted aerial lift basket had harnesses on and tied off exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 16 feet to the ground below.
