29 CFR 1910.95(g)(1): The employer did not establish and maintain an audiometric testing program as provided by 29 CFR 1910.95(g) by making audiometric testing available to all employees whose exposures equal or exceed an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels: On or about September 15, 2016, an employee working in the shakeout department and using the wheel-a-brator was exposed to noise at a dose of 123.7% of the action level, equivalent to 86.5 decibels (A-scale) time weighted average for 8 hours on September 27, 2016. Audiometric testing was not conducted.
