29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury: a) Worksite at 165 Webster Ave., Jersey City, NJ Subcontractor employees power washing paint from the front of the building were not informed of lead health hazards. OSHA analysis of paint from the building indicated the presence of lead between 0.11 and 0.34 percent. A wipe sample from the hands of the worker power washing contained 272.2 micrograms of lead. Violation occurred on or about 9/13/2016.

A wipe sample from the hands of the worker power washing contained 272.2 micrograms of lead. Violation occurred on or about 9/13/2016.
