29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     (a) JRA Construction LLC at 16982 Melody Dr., Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before September 19, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees installing roof sheeting at the edge of the roof of a new two-story residential home were not utilizing fall protection while standing on the webs and bottom chords of roof trusses.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet to the exterior of the building and approximately 8 feet to the interior of the building.     (b) JRA Construction LLC at 16982 Melody Dr., Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before September 19, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that one employee framing at the edge of the roof of a new two-story residential home was not utilizing fall protection while standing on the webs and bottom chords of roof trusses.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall hazard of approximately 24 feet to the exterior of the building and approximately 8 feet to the interior of the building.     (c) JRA Construction LLC at 16982 Melody Dr., Broomfield, CO 80023: On or before September 19, 2016, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that mid-rails were not installed around a floor opening, which was approximately 6 feet by 5 feet.  Top-rails were installed.  Three employees working on the first floor, in addition to walking by the hazard, were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 9.5 feet to the basement.
