29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazards in the workplace which shall include a reasonable estimate of the employees exposure to respiratory hazards:    a) 678 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. The employer allowed his two employees to dry cut concrete when an evaluation of the respiratory hazards was not conducted exposing the employee to the inhalation hazards respirable dust.        Occurred on or about 09/21/16.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:                                                                                                                a) 678 Cranbury Road, East Brunswick, NJ 08816.  The employer allows employees to cut a concrete floor with a gas powered cut off saw while not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing the employees to eye and face injuries from flying debris.      Occurred on or about 09/21/16.
