Worksite located at 8709 E. 201st. Street, Belton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards when to on top of the walls while installing the roof trusses and were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:    (a). Worksite located at 8709 E. 201st. Street, Belton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards when working on top plates while setting trusses and had not been trained on the recognition of the fall hazards and the methods necessary to mitigate these hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:     (a). Worksite located at 8709 E. 201st. Street, Belton, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while using ladders to access the top of the walls. The ladders being used to access the top of the wall was not extended at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface.
