29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person:    (a)  On or about September 27, 2016, Diamond Roofing & Construction, as the controlling employer, did not ensure that the employees of Brothers Quality Construction, subcontractor, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective regular and frequent safety inspections of the job site by a competent person, and ensuring hazards were identified and mitigated such as, but not limited to, fall hazards.    Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
